For our P&O (HR) team, we are looking for a P&O Business Partner. We are a highly motivated team and are excited to get to knowyou.
Role Intro: As a trusted partnerbrings deep insight, an independent viewpoint and P&O expertise to businessissues. Consults with and influences business leaders to take actions onemerging people related topics. Translates business requirements into human capitalimperatives and uses the full value chain of P&O to derive relevant P&Osolutions to meet the evolving needs of the business. Plays a key role inorchestrating and facilitating changes to organizational culture, design, andstructure. Works in close collaboration with Senior P&O BP.
You’ll make an impact by:
· Understand business and its strategy, be anactive part of the decision-making process across all facets of theorganizational unit (sales, service, support functions, etc.)
· Understand the external world and itsimplications on the business and people strategy (industries, markets,customers, P&O, people practice etc.) – “bring the outside in”.
· Provide the local perspective of business needsand requirements to P&O at all levels.
· Ensure implementation of Global P&OStrategy in alignment with local needs
· Collaborate with Global P&O BusinessPartners to ensure alignment between global business / people strategy andlocal people strategy and related P&O initiatives.
· Develop and communicate the local PeopleStrategy and translate it into P&O goals and actions.
· Lead or contribute to the implementation ofP&O programs and initiatives for assigned units.
· Partner with leadership teams at relevantlevels to drive performance and build organizational capability.
· Coach and enable executives to be moreeffective leaders.
· Identify needs for organisational change andchampion related activities.
· Drive discussions related to workforce andorganization design changes and provide recommendations.
· Partnering with business leaders to activelyanalyze and drive cultural change in line with business strategy.
· Enable local business to develop a diverse,robust talent pipeline.
· Guide the business on the appropriate P&Oprograms, processes, and policies based on the business environment / strategy.
· Orchestrate and connect business with expertsacross the P&O value chain to develop new or leverage existing solutions.
· Be responsible for recruitment of BlueCollarInternship.
Your defining qualities:
· 3+ years or above P&O Business Partnerexperience or with Business Background
· Collaborative with team spirit.
· Bachelor’s degree or above educationbackground.
· Fluent in oral English.
