Our Opportunity-to-Cash business line provides avariety of transactional and digital services - from lead generation to thecollection of incoming payments. We also provide services related to Quotation,Offer and Contract Management, Order Management & Logistics, CashCollection, and much more!

Are you ready to be partof the change and help us make real what matters?  

Your mission will be…

  • Be responsible for a group ofcustomers and manage Sales and Purchase Orders;
  • Booking of sales orders withinsystem ERP;
  • Follow up “work in progress” orders,deliveries;
  • Clarify order discrepancies withbusiness units and customers;
  • Resolve questions from customers andbusiness unit with respect to Sales Orders;
  • Act as interface between customerand Siemens business units/warehouse/factories;
  • Ensure high level quality in allcommunication on behalf of Siemens with end customer in order to guaranteetheir satisfaction.

We are looking for someone with…

  • Language: German for Swiss Market;
  • Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent training & office experiencepreferably in sales > 1 year;
  • Independent way of working;
  • "Speed & Quality" - careful, but at the same time speedy wayof working;
  • Extensive communication skills are a must (customers, internal, factories…);
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word);
  • Service Attitude, customer oriented and problem-solving mindset;
  • Strong communication skills (both orally and writing);
  • Your accuracy and ability to multi-task will help make you a success;
  • Strong work ethic;
  • SAP knowledge (Module MM/FI, - SD) will be a plus;
  • Degree/Experience in Sales, Accounting, Finance, Economics or similarand/or Relevant work experience in Opportunity to Cash (will be a plus).
