For our Innomotics Motorlar ve Yüksek Güçlü Sürücüler A.Ş we are looking for an order management specialist. This role will be responsible for order delivery, track & trace process in product/service/project business.
What are my responsibilities?
• Creation and follow up Customer Orders.
• Tracking of daily E-Business platforms customer requests and orders.
• Close communication with team including E-Business operations manager and external parties.
• Daily operation of tracking in warehouse for orders.
• Issuing invoices to customer for product and customer service business.
• Reporting for open receivables and supporting for collection together with business commercial.
• Supporting for vouchers and follow up customer accounts in SAP.
• Maintain customer and material master data.
• Follow up and ensure correctness of material master data and adjust SAP tables.
• Develop regular reporting in area of responsibility.
• Work closely with business commercials for daily commercial activities in terms of SAP transactions, reporting, analyzing etc.
What you need to make real what matters.
Expertise:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, or related fields
• Minimum 3 years of experience in related fields
• Good command of MS Office and SAP
• Knowledge of basic financial accounting (Local Accounting, IFRS), controlling/reporting, international and Turkish law, tax, foreign trade, and customs regulations etc.

• English - Advanced (B2)
Other knowledge:
• Microsoft Excel – advanced
