Your tasks andresponsibilities:

• You will convert Purchase Requisitionsof Project group/Business Units to purchase orders in SAP systems, following upchange orders, receiving order confirmations and giving relevant feedback to PM& BU's.
• You will ensure that thematerials/service, arrive/given at warehouse/site/customer on time, completeand in conformity with required conditions & specifications.
• You will prepare order follow up reportsfor all project and Business Unit orders, distributing these reportsperiodically to all relevant groups.
• You will handle invoices from vendors inSAP to check if they have the correct amount (unit price, exchange rate etc.)and correct match with the related PO, then initiating the approval process.

Your qualifications andexperience:

• •     1-3years’ experience in similar procurement function.
• •     Universitydegree in BA graduated from reputable university
• •     Very goodcommand of English and/or German
• •     Proficiencyin MS Office Applications

Your attributes and skills:

• •     1-3years’ experience in same procurement function.
• •     University degree in BAgraduated from reputable university
• •     Very good command of Englishand/or German
• •     Proficiency in MS OfficeApplications
