This is a role well suited to an ambitiousprofessional, looking for the next step in their career. As an Operations &Process Improvement Professional you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting development andimplementation of Americas Remote Services Center (AM RSC) data tool portfolio– maintain necessary functionality of existing tools.
  • Collaborating withpartners, internal and external to the RSC, for understanding of impacts(financial and/or processes) related to the organization.
  • Partnering with global RSCteam for scalability and sustainability of quality key performance indicators(KPIs) and operational metrics.
  • Supporting continuousprocess improvement initiatives within AM RSC and ensuring identified actionsare aligned with global RSC QMS processes.
  • Consulting on thestandardization of AM RSC operational processes and understanding the impact toour partners.
  • Acting as a businessrelationship liaison between RSC AM Operations and other data science teams tomanage data end-to-end efficiencies and utilization of existing data sets andtools.

  • Experience with enterprisedata (ERP, CRM), data lake, PowerBI, Qlik, Snowflake, Data Bricks (Python /Scala), Spark, API services, data busses, data streaming, data visualization,and/or other similar solutions.
  • Broad understanding of Customer Services (CS) and associated Quality Management System (QMS) processes within operations of the Healthcare, Medical Device, or related industry.
  • Broad understanding ofHealthineers Performance System (HPS) methodologies.
  • Experience with DataPrivacy Organization and compliance with data privacy regulations related todata procurement and processing.


Requiredskills to have for the success of this role

 

  • Bachelor’s degree inScience, Technology, Math, and Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experiencewithin the Medical Device or related industry.
  • Understanding of CustomerServices’ processes within Medical Device or related industry.
  • Strong programming skills -certifications in Data Bricks, Python, Pandas, or related programming languagesis a plus.
  • Preferred experience withLean Six Sigma and/or process improvement methodologies
  • Ability to work effectivelyin matrixed global, multi-cultural teams.
  • Excellent problem-solvingand analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills(written, verbal, and presentation).


 

The payrange for this position is $84,000 - $113,000 annually; however, base payoffered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.The annual incentive target is 8% of base pay.  SiemensHealthineers offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paidtime off and holiday pay.   Details regarding our benefits can befound here: https://benefitsatshs.com/index.htmlThis information is provided per the required state Equal PayAct.
