Position Overview:
The Account Manager will focus on increasing market share and revenue growth within targeted and existing Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) accounts. The position will be responsible for overall growth, retention, and strategic planning of the key account initiative within the OEM channel.
Siemens Building Products is looking for an OEM Account Manager that will sit remotely within the United States.
We have an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Key Account Manager within our Building Technology Division. In this role, you will be responsible for managing OEM relationships of assigned key accounts in our industry. You will represent the entire offering provided by various segments of the Building Technology Division.
The Account Manager will focus on increasing market share and revenue growth within a targeted OEM account. You will have the strategic function of developing and leading overall growth, retention, and strategic planning of the Global Key Account initiative within the HVAC OEM channel.
You will make an impact by:
- Driving revenue growth within existing and targeted OEM accounts.
- Defining, developing, and executing strategic and daily management plans.
- Identifying and assessing customer vision, mission, and strategy while collaboratively working internally to develop best-in-class supply proposals.
- Coordinating and managing all sales and operational issues related to OEM accounts.
- Establishing and managing sales forecasts and funnels.
- Managing proposal development, supply agreements, and pricing strategies.
Visiting customer plant and office locations and work with internal product management to drive revenue growth.
- Developing and maintaining strong relations, at all levels, within the OEM accounts.
- Developing and presenting sales reports and business plans.
Your success is grounded in having these qualifications:
- 5+ years OEM sales experience including 2+ years key account experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Successful track record in new account attainment and revenue growth within existing accounts
- Proficient in MS Office including PowerPoint and Excel
- Qualified Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States. Qualified Applicants will not require employer-sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in the United States.
- Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time.

The pay range for this position is $105,910-$181,560 The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
