We are looking for an Network Security Architect to integrate our special network security architect team, which is customer-oriented, innovative and always looking to improve the service. Together with our providers and a thorough understanding of the technology they are crucial for the creation of an invaluable service that stays on the forefront of technology for Siemens Cybersecurity.

Your challenge will be…

·  As a global Network Security Architect, you will be responsible for the development of the service "Special Network Security" based on the Information Security Framework of Siemens. You proactively develop tools, guidelines, processes and security standards for network security, especially focusing on Special Networks (e.g. factory networks, R&D networks).
·  Support and consult on network architectures and network security concepts.
·  Assess network security in factories, R&D and other OT environments, where you will be in close contact with Product Security (PSS), and develop holistic protection concepts.
·  Bridge the gap between technical experts and management level by a transparent risk management approach. Clearly assess risks and derive appropriate measures to reduce risks to an acceptable level and present the results on a management level.
·  Help developing the service and its strategy. Suggests a long-term roadmap for the service lifecycle which ensures their commercial and business success
·  Engage with service provider to ensure quality of service, delivery of innovation, productivity and problem / incident resolution

Does this sound good? Our perfect candidate must have…

·  Higher technical education (university level), preferably with experience in technology industry - ideally with a focus on cybersecurity services
·  Knowledge on network infrastructure and ring-fencing technology
·  > 4 years of experience in a service architect role with focus on Cyber Security and/or Network Security / Network Architecture
·  A solid understanding of concepts and methods for service management, strategy, innovation and agile management
·  Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships, work collaboratively and influence others, seamlessly across seniority and organization
·  Forward looking with a natural inclination for customer needs
·  Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal
·  Business-fluent English language skills (speaking and writing) is necessary. German language skills would be of advantage.
·  Solution oriented thinking and working is mandatory
·  Certification in lean/agile project management or ITIL is a plus
