在SI 销售业务单元，我们期待全集成能源管理顾问岗位人才可以推动中低压配电及能源管理领域发展。
- Sales responsibility for design institutes & consultantcompany , closely collaborate with sales to reach sales target
- Initiating business in alignment with sales, earlyinvolvement in planning phase of customer, providing support to targetcustomers to increase our efficiency in sales activities and probability of anorder placement (increased hit-rate);
- Fast and flexible response to target customers for questionsrelated to TIP portfolio;
- Gaining, sharing and updating of project information;
- Organization of regular project round tables, alignment withall relevant Siemens organizational units in regular project meetings;
- Analyses of market trends, market requirements andcompetitors;
- Support and Knowledge transfer on TIP portfolio and application/ solution know-how with our target groups (Energy distribution concept /branch concepts, Budget definition, Network planning, dimensioning andcalculation, Specifications).
- 5+ experience in sales / marketing / business development indesign institute cluster.
- Technical background: Power system, power automation orrelevant major, familiar with power distribution system is a plus.
- To demonstrate working attitude continuously by beingbusiness focus, pro-active, “can do”, collaboration with colleagues andpragmatic.
- Working experience in specific vertical (e.g. Data center)relevant design institute is preferred.
- Presentation skill is necessary
