Job description
Commercial Officer (Sales BA) is responsible for smooth and efficient handling of sales commercial topics
and customer contract issues including contract negotiation and order management within defined
responsible scope in a team or sales unit。
What are my responsibilities?
1. Prepares bid documents, negotiates normal commercial T&C with customers to win business opportunities and ensure Siemens'
interests within defined responsible scope
2. Ensures efficient and compliant O2C process including order placing, lead time management, delivery and billing, logistics
coordination, asset (UBC/AR overdue) management and commercial risk management within defined responsible scope
3. Understands customers' needs and priorities, improves customer's satisfaction within appropriate framework
4. Promotes E business and fulfills OM Excellence KPI
5. Other related tasks assigned by superior
What do I need to qualify for this job?
1. Familiar with international trade practice and rules, commercial and order process
2. Experienced in logistic issues of order processing
3. Basic knowledge on Contract Law, Chinese TAX system and INCOTERM
4. Commercial bid and Contract negotiation experience
5. Competence to meet Industry 4.0 and Digitalization new requirement
6. Basic commercial report reading and understand audit point
7. Good communication skill with internal /external contacts
8. Good SAP and office software knowledge
9. Fluent English in reading and writing
10. Work under pressure and is adaptable to frequent business travel
11. Education - Bachelor degree or above, major of international trade is preferred
