We are now looking for a Product Manager to join MC AP GMC, this product manager for servo drive is the global responsible product owner, who will define and deliver the competitive servo products to the target market according to the market needs of China and globe with the unique selling point to win the profitable business growth. We are a highly motivated team and are excited to get to know you.

• Identify and evaluate business potentials (quantities, customer price readiness, profitability) and consolidate the business plan with the alignment with target regions.

• Record, formulate, and evaluate customer requirements, market trends, competitor strategies.

• Define and prioritize the requirements according to understanding of customer needs and in accordance with the business strategy (as the base for the R&D- opportunities).

• Stimulate and develop product ideas considering functional and economic aspects, as well as compatibility and consistency.

• Cooperate with R&D and production, to realize the products within the target cost, target performance and timeline.

• Cooperate with the sales and marketing teams, to introduce the products for commercialization and achieve the business growth.

• Price definition, granting sales release, publishing, and maintaining sales information and catalog entries for the products under responsibility.

• Professional management of the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM Team) to attain the best product result across its product life cycle.

• Majored in Electrical engineering, Power electrics, Motor control, Automation engineering or related. Overseas study background is preferred.

• Understand the servo market and business in China and globe.

• Working experience in automation industry / motion control technology related is preferred. 

• Excellent communication skill in the intercultural environment with good English. 

• Readiness to bear responsibility in a global framework.

• Have strong entrepreneurship potential, influence, and leadership capability. 

• Fast learning ability, strong structural thinking, and systematic problem-solving skill.

• Strong willingness to discover customer needs by analysis customers’ application.

• Open-minded, positivity and willingness to embrace the changes.
