What are my responsibilities?

1. Perform supplier audit with VDA6.3 and responsible for new supplier qualification process.

基于VDA6.3审核工具进行供应商质量审核，并确认新供应商资质。

2. Responsible for the material specification definition and realization in the early stage of the project development process.

负责在项目研发早期定义材料的技术规范并落实。

3. Dynamic maintenance material incoming inspection plan including Inspection standard/Inspection method/sample rate...

动态维护定义材料检验规范,包括（检验标准/检验方法/抽样方案...）。

4. Monitor the material quality performance in incoming process, production, and field, and lead problem solving for material quality issue and follow up the process optimization in supplier side.

跟踪进件检验、生产及售后中的材料质量情况，负责材料质量问题处理，并跟踪落实供应商的过程改善。

5. Play the role as project interface from SQE function, closely cooperate with the responsible projects.

承担SQE的项目接口，和所负责的项目开发紧密合作。

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. Bachelor Degree in materials science, mechanical/electronic engineering or related. Experienced in chemical material quality control is preferred.

材料学、机械工程、电子工程等相关专业本科及以上学历，有化学品材料品控相关经历者优先；

2. Be familiar with testing equipment of material properties, eg. universal tester, metalloscopy, durometer, SEM-EDS, C/S analyzer and direct-reading spectrometer.

熟悉材料测试相关设备，如万能试验机，金相显微镜，硬度计，SEM-EDS，C/S仪，直读光谱仪等；

3. Good communication skills.

有良好的沟通能力；

4. Good written and verbal communication skills in English；

良好的英语交流能力；

5. Certificated with ISO9001, ISO14001, VDA6.3 is preferred.

有ISO9001,ISO14001, VDA6.3 认证证书者优先。

6. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, excellent graduates are also considered.

3年及以上相关工作经验, 优秀的应届毕业生也考虑。
