Tasks

1. Develop highly efficient and stable test system with smart concept and advanced solution. 

运用智能先进的设计和解决方案，开发高效、稳定的测试系统。

2. Deep understand the design requirement, convert the design requirement, define the test requirement, test method and test equipment.

深入理解设计要求,从而定义测试需求,测试方法和测试设备

3.Electrical design, commissioning and troubleshooting of test equipment. 

测试设备电气设计,调试和解决问题。

4.Research new test technology, optimize test program and cycle time to increase productivity and fulfill new product feature request. 

研究新技术、优化测试项和测试时间，来提高生产效率和满足新产品功能的测试需求。

5. Diagnose and make the test equipment to an optimal condition. 

分析诊断测试设备并达到最优的状态。

 

Requirements (Education Degree, Language, Major, Knowledge,etc.)

1. Be familiar with testing knowledge. Test equipment design experience, electronic and electric design experience. 

熟悉测试工艺的相关知识。测试设备开发经验，电子和电气设计经验。

2. Good English skill both writing and oral, ability to communicate with foreign engineers.

良好的英语书写和口头表达能力，能够与国外工程师沟通。

3. Be good at programming with C#/C++, Labview or Siemens Software experience is preferred. 

擅长C#/C++编程, 有Labview或西门子软件经验的优先。"

4. AI(Artificial Intelligence) design or architecture knowledge and encoder development experience is preferred. 

有人工智能设计经验、有编码器研发背景者优先。

5. Excellent communication skill from top management to shopfloor and international. 

优秀的沟通能力，包括从管理层到车间，以及国际交流。

6. Bachelor with rich experience or master, major in electronic, automation, measure and control. 

具有丰富经验的本科学历或硕士学历，电子、电气、自动化、测量与控制专业。

7. Familiar with Servo motor or relevant motor manufacturing process, refine product site, lean production knowledge and skills.

熟悉伺服电机或相关电机行业的流程、以及现场改善、精益生产的知识和技能。
