What are my responsibilities?

· Responsible for managing and controllingbudgets for people and infrastructure
· Assign and control staff and required competencies to projects (resource management)
· Identify opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency with lower costs, reduce non-conformance costs
· Responsible for Performance Management Process e.g. target setting, evaluation and competency development
· Encourage collaboration within own team and between teams, seek sources of information, initiate lesson learned workshops (Knowledge Management)
· Institute, maintain, optimizeand automate internal processes

What do I need to qualify for this job?

· B.E/ B. Tech/ MCA/ M. Tech

What else do I need to know?

Knowledge and Experience

· 10 to 12 years of experience in SW Industry
· 2+ years of experience as Scrum Master
· 3+ years of experience in managing People and Processes
· Proven track record of independently driving and managing People Processes
· Should have managed at least 15+ team sizes
· Experience in managing development profiles
· People Competence Management and Team development Techniques
· Experience in performance management process is required
· Career Management experiences for different levels/Profiles
· Exposure to managing budget for people and infrastructure desired
· Leadership, Mentoring & Coaching Skills
· Good Problem Solving and Decision Making Skills
· Good Listening Skills
· Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
· Highly energetic and ”Go-getter”
· Awareness of SW lifecycle, SW design, tools and technology is desired
· Process Automation knowledge is desired
· CSM Certification is preferred
