The Mechanical Service OperationsSupervisor leads a team responsible for performing service work for Mechanical Services.  Why is this soimportant? The right candidate will coordinate specialist andtechnician activities for all installed projects, technical support programs,and time-and-materials (T&M) work to provide on-time delivery and ensurecustomer expectations and commitments are met.   

As a The Mechanical Service Operations Supervisor, you will:

·        Supervise, train, and mentor the service team; set goals, monitor performance,conduct employee review meetings, and schedule formal training. 

·        Schedule and assign tasks to the team and drive business growth byenabling and leading a highly effective team. Periodically assist the team withmaintenance activities and submittal of required paperwork. 

·        Identify additional chargeable opportunities, including T&M,system upgrades, and service contract expansionsand complete and submit written service orders and reports covering all aspectsof each assignment and activity. 

·        Participatein sales-to-service and projects-to-service turnover process, including finalproject walkthroughs, service agreement scope reviews, and final informationturnover to the inspection team. 

·        Supportcontract profitability through cost containment procedures and processes. 

·        Ensurecontract requirements are met and performed to a high standard and developcustomer relationships and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction whileensuring effective and timely communications. 

·        Determinetechnical labor loading and appropriate balance of talent to ensure properresource coverage to meet customer needs. 

·        Championsafety compliance by ensuring employees meet or exceed organization andcustomer safety requirements. Ensure employees are properly trained on allsafety requirements and enforce adherence to organizational processes, tools,and workflow standards.   

You will make an impact with these qualifications:  

Basic Qualifications:   

·        1-5years’ experience as a Mechanic or technician in related industry

·        Excellentorganizational and interpersonal skills 

·        Familiarity or experience with HVACsystems 

·        Goodverbal and written communication skills in English 

·        Must be 18 years of age and possess a validdriver's license with limited violations  

·        Legallyauthorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basiswithout company sponsorship

·        Thisposition supports a Siemens customer that requires all employees and vendors tobe fully vaccinated against COVID-19 where permitted by applicable law and inaccordance with an accommodation based on legally protected reasons

Preferred Qualifications:   

• 5+ years of experience as a Mechanic or technician in related industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

·        The pay range for this position is $66,500 - $114,100 and theannual incentive target is 5% of the base salary. The actual wage offered maybe lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills,qualifications, and premium geographic location.
