This is a rolewell suited for a highly motivated student looking to build their skill set andgain hands-on experience. As a Mechanical Engineering Summer Intern you will beresponsible for:

• Preparing and reviewing Mechanical Design Documentation in Siemens NX.
• Supporting the Process Support Project Teams as required to implement process improvement projects to automated manufacturing assembly equipment.
• Developing your technical writing skills by creating technical documentation such as user requirements, functional design specifications, process flow diagrams, and validation documentation.
• Evaluate cost saving opportunities through analysis of spare part inventory consolidation.

Thisposition may suit you best if you are familiar with what is below, and would like to developyour skills with Healthineers:

• You have strong 3D CAD Skills and are capable of working within Siemens NX software
• You have good PC skills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
• You will be working with our latest technology and therefore you are willing to learn about new software and hardware solutions
• You have very good organization skills as multiple assignments will be progressed in parallel within a fast-paced environment.

Required skills and education to have for thesuccess of this role:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program, majoring in Mechanical Engineering (minimum rising junior preferred)
• Minimum 3.0 GPA (preferred)
