Your tasks and responsibilities:
- During your master’s thesis, you will develop answers to the question: Why should Siemens Healthineers establish/utilize a (reinsurance) captive for its industrial insurance risks?
- Examples of Content include:
- Holistic evaluation of the sub-aspects and thereby answering the master’s thesis question using a (reinsurance) captive concept for Siemens Healthineers
- Creating a roadmap and implementation guide for a (reinsurance) captive at Siemens Healthineers

Your qualifications and experience:
- You are successfully studying in the field of business, such as Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Business Law, or Econonmics with a specialization in Insurance
- You possess experience in economic and balance sheet-related issues
- Ideally you have already gained experience in the insurance sector
- You are interested in advancing yourself in the field of Corporate Insurance / Captive
Your attributes and skills:
- You have excellent German and English language skills in both written and verbal communication
- You are a team player, communicative, and enthusiastic
