We are looking for an experienced Marketing Communications Professional to assist the Head of Marketing (APAC) in creating and executing regional initiatives that drive brand awareness, thought leadership, and demand generation to aid business strategy and growth objectives.
The role entails planning and executing initiatives in Asia Pacific (India, SE Asia, Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, China, Australia, New Zealand) for driving brand awareness, thought leadership, as well as managing regional internal and external communications. The successful candidate will produce written content, marketing assets, and collateral, and communicate the organization and business' value proposition effectively to target audiences internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities:
Location Mumbai-Kalwa & Gurgaon
• Support the Head of APAC, Marketing & Communications to plan and implement regional initiatives to drive brand awareness and business growth.
• Co-lead and co-own initiatives that align with the overall Regional Marketing & Communications strategy and objectives.
• Coordinate and oversee the operational and logistical aspects of key regional events.
• Maintain and manage regional website.
• Drive employee engagement and internal communication initiatives including newsletters, trainings and internal events.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to help achieve communications objectives.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, mass communications or related fields preferred.
• 3-7 years of experience in communications, and/or journalism, preferably B2B industries
• Excellent skills in communication, research, copywriting, and project management.
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Skilled in web management, and experience in event planning and logistics.
• A creative thinker with eye to experiment and build best in class communications.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and campaigns to meet deadlines.
• A self organized, independent yet collaborative team-player
