MarCom Manager (f/m/d) EMEA Ultrasound

Then come and join our global team as EMEA Marcom Manager (f/m/d) Ultrasound to lead the overall coordination for marcom activities and events, including the activity/event planning, vendor communication on implementations, customer (external/internal) logistic arrangement, communication materials preparations, onsite coordination, post-event follow-up etc.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Proactively you will take on new, creative, and impactful initiatives in events and tradeshows
• You will collaborate with procurement to ensure project results
• You will keep good relationships with organizers of tradeshows
• You will support the marcom budget overall process (updates, actuals vs targets)
• You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan and execute the exhibition and ensure that strategic events go smoothly

• You will be part of the team that defines the Marcom strategy, actively contributing ideas and content
• You will advise and support the EMEA Ultrasound Team, in order to ensure communication around products and solutions
• You will actively support the creation, translation of marketing assets (brochures, flyers etc) and monitor of their production plan
• You will support the execution of internal / external comms plans (e-blasts, conference messaging, KOL interview formats, webinars, newsletter, press releases and social media regional strategy in alignment with global) 
• You will ensure compliance with global brand strategy and visual identity

Your qualifications and experience:

• You have a bachelor degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration with a focus on Marketing or Event Management or similar
• You have several years of work experience in events planning with leading responsibility
• You are experienced in creating professional and impactful PowerPoint presentations for both internal and external audiences
• Experience with digital communication is highly preferred 
• You have experience in medium to large international organizations with multiple stakeholders
