We are seeking an experienced manufacturing/systems engineer to support Manufacturing Execution System implementations at our factory. As an MES Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage system deployments, and ensure the seamless integration of MES solutions to optimize our manufacturing processes.


You will make an impact by:

• Maintaining and supporting existing manufacturing solutions (incident management, updates, testing, user trainings)
• Conducting a thorough analysis of current manufacturing processes and systems
• Collaborating with stakeholders to define MES implementation goals, objectives and requirement specifications
• Working closely with IT and engineering system teams to ensure compatibility and scalability
• Evaluating MES solutions to ensure they align with business requirements
• Configuring MES software to meet specific operational needs
• Developing and executing comprehensive testing plans to validate MES functionality
• Conducting training sessions for end-users (Manufacturing Engineers, supervisors, shopfloor operators)
• Providing ongoing support and addressing user inquiries related to MES systems
• Monitoring interfaces between MES and other systems to ensure smooth operations
• Keeping documentation up-to-date with any system changes or updates
• Being the change agent to improve adaptability of digital solutions on the shopfloor


You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Proven experience in MES implementation within a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of MES software(s), configuration and/or customization
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes


Preferred Qualifications:

• Engineer-to-Order environment experience
• Experience with Siemens Opcenter
• Working knowledge of SAP

• The pay range for this position is $65,240 - $111,840. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
