We are actively looking for an adept Manufacturing Automation Engineer to lead the charge in automating processes across our warehouse, assembly, and fabrication areas. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll analyze existing workflows, identify automation opportunities, and work with technology providers to streamline our manufacturing operations.
You will make an impact by:
• Conducting thorough analyses of manufacturing processes (warehouse, assembly, fabrication) to identify automation possibilities
• Collaborating with stakeholders to define automation goals and objectives
• Leading the integration of automation systems into existing manufacturing workflows
• Ensuring seamless implementation and compatibility with other manufacturing technologies
• Vetting potential automation integration partners
• Utilizing robotics, sensors, and control systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Developing and executing comprehensive testing plans to validate the functionality and performance of automation systems
• Continuously optimizing automation processes to maximize efficiency and output
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, maintenance and external solution providers
• Providing training and support to end-users for effective adoption of automated systems
• Creating and maintaining detailed documentation of automation configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or related field
• Proven experience in designing and/or implementing automation solutions in a manufacturing environment
• Experience evaluating and managing third-party integrators
Preferred Qualifications:
• Engineer-to-Order environment experience
• Experience integrating IoT devices into a production environment
• Proficiency in robotics, PLC programming, and control systems

• The pay range for this position is $65,240 - $111,840. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
