Your new role –challenging and future-oriented

• ·      Production planning for products andsystems, whilst meeting quality standards and cost targets. Achievement ofmaximum efficiency and productivity through continuous improvement inproduction.
• ·      Establish, implement and improvecompany manufacturing standards through Procedures, Work instructions, SOP's,Process sheets, Control cards , check lists, testing requirements etc in linewith Siemens global standard & ISO 9001 requirements.
• ·      Oversees all assigned - or major partsof - production sequences, and across shifts, in production unit. Plans,prioritizes and manages related resources and measures.
• ·      Regularly monitor manufacturingprocess, review and check effectiveness of the methods followed and deviseimprovements 
• ·      Contributes to production planningprocesses and determines manufacturing priorities based on established monthly/ weekly production schedules.
• ·      Plan-monitor & achieve the key KPIslike delivery reliability, inventory level & lead time.
