Job description
Our Team of 9 colleagues is in the Business Segment Commuter and Regional responsible in bids for requirement management and documentation management and in projects for requirement management, validation management and test management. Main responsibilities:
- In your new role, you will be responsible for the complete capture and tracking of all internal and external requirements in the respective offers for our commuter rail vehicles.
- You will be responsible for managing requirements using a requirements management tool, supporting the users of this application, and enabling the creation of project-specific reports and metrics.
- In addition, you will independently coordinate the delivery of the required documents specified in the customer tender for each offer and coordinate them with all involved partners.
- You will ensure that all documents are delivered on time.
- You will evaluate and comment on documentation requirements and estimate the costs of customer documentation.
- You will support the respective bid manager as a partner (m/f/d) with your expertise, but you will also work independently and be named in the project's organizational structure.
- You will provide regular reports to the bid management and line supervisors.
- Furthermore, you will ensure that the interfaces related to cross-cutting issues in your area of responsibility are coordinated to ensure smooth processing.
Key qualifications:
- You have completed a technical master's or bachelor's degree
- You have already an awareness of Project Management principles
- You already have a solid knowledge of MS Excel, and programming skills (VBA) as an advantage
- You are proficient in using MS Office applications, as well as SAP and common operating systems.
- You demonstrate initiative, learning and analytical skills, assertiveness, and the ability to familiarize yourself with complex topics quickly.
- As you will be working in an international project environment, you will communicate effectively in English, and knowledge of German would be an advantage
