Machine Operator, Level 2 - 1st Shift

The Siemens Industry, Inc. distribution center inRoebuck, SC is seeking a Machine Operator Level 2, to be an integralmember of a diverse and dynamic team.  Thisposition offers the chance for you to grow, contribute and learn as far as yourgrowth mindset takes you.

Responsibilities

• Work in a team.
• Work directly with or under the direction of a Group Lead and/or Supervisor.
• Read blueprints and spot welds steel & galvanized parts
• Work with ISO/work standards.
• Complete confirmation documentation via SAP data management system or DMM.
• Clean and maintain equipment and work area to ensure functioning and safe working conditions and wears appropriate PPE.
• Access and utilize various documents, with the use of computers, associated with the manufacture of products in assembly for completion of confirmations (e.g. Quality and Safety Documents, Operating Instructions, etc.)

You’ll win us overby having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

·        Prior experience/ knowledge in automatic saws / one stamp die presses.

·        Ability to readblueprints and apply basic shop math, digital literacy, and use of basicmechanical/measuring tools

·        Speak, read,write, and comprehend the English language

·        Work standing forthe duration of the shift

·        Reach, grasp,lift 50 lbs, and push/pull/slide heavy material and make coordinated movementsof the hands and arms to grasp and move objects.

·        Stoop, bend,squat, crawl, and climb
