Mergers & Acquisitions Integration Project Manager
As part of our DI SW FINMergers and Acquisitions (M&A) team, we are looking for a Project Managerto support our end-to-end M&A process with special focus in integrations.
The candidate willsupport and drive the Integration of newly acquired companies within DI SW aswell as onboarding of Integrations of other Siemens Business Units. Additionally, the candidate would be involved in the continuous improvement ofour tools and processes.
The DI SW FIN M&Ateam is responsible for end-to-end M&A process within DI SW, reporting intothe Finance organization. Reporting line to Head of Integrations. Number of members of the team: 10.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for Integration projects within DISW / SISW
Key activities:
- Project management (or support to PM) onIntegration projects
- Ensure learnings from projects are incorporated in our IntegrationPlaybooks
- Support Next Gen of tools (including currentsite, MS Teams for projects and others)
RequiredKnowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
- B.S. Degree in Finance / Business or similar
- Project management experience (2+ years)
- Extensive integration experience is required (2+ years)
- Technical knowledge in Digital tools / ecosystem
- Travel – estimated around 10-25%
- Ability to learn

- Emphasis on cross functional teaming, fast learning and adaptability. Analytical, presentation & personable skills are highly relevant.

The salary range for this position is $113,900to $205,000 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. Theactual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work locationas well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, andrelevant education/training.
