Today, we are recruiting for a Logistics System Analyst to join our team in Egypt. This is an excellent career opportunity for professionals looking to join a truly international team in one of the biggest projects of Siemens Mobility.

What are my responsibilities?

• Support the logistics and warehousing manager.
• Conduct data analysis and validation to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data.
• Drive the improvement process for logistics and site activities.
• The roll-out of logistics management system (LMS) to installation and warehousing teams.
• Responsible for the logistics management system (LMS)
• Responsible for the system and process quality and consistency
• Design and implement specific reports for logistics management and other levels of management.
• Liaise across all logistics functions in Egypt and abroad.
• Develop the training documents.
• Responsible for user support and training for the logistics management system (LMS).

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• Bachelor’s degree in management, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Experience in infrastructure projects and or Supply Chain projects
• Basic knowledge of data privacy and security principles.
• Strong analytical, technical, functional, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Good office MS Office 365 skills, including Digital tools (e.g. Power BI, VBA, Flow, Power Apps, etc.)
• Fluency in both written and spoken English.
