This is your role. What part will you play?
- Process Packing List& Commercial invoice documents by validating data.
- Create, assemble, andpresent applicable export documentation required per country specificdestination in accordance with export laws and regulations.
- Ensure timelyprocessing of export shipments.
- Submit timely documentinstructions to freight forwarders, independent surveyors, and other third-partyindustry providers.
- Communicate withappropriate internal/external customers, including CHA, freight forwarders,vendors, and customers.
- Follow-up &coordinating with respective source point for meeting the customer urgencies.
- Maintain export filesin an organized and catalogued system.
- Supportcross-functional departments involved in Exports.
Proficiencies:
Good written& Oral communication skills, Knowledge of SAP transactions, MS office,Basic Knowledge of Taxation, commercial transactions, warehousing operations,Export / import processes, Team Player & Positive attitude.
Education& Experience Required:
B.Com / BMS withMinimum 3-5 years related to Business process.
Location: Logistics Centre, DC: Bhiwandiwarehouse, Sape, Bhiwandi.
