Logistics Administrator (1 Year Contract)

You’ll break new ground by:

• Interact with customers to assess monthly demand and confirm delivery schedules after internal stakeholder consultation.
• Organize delivery preparedness based on priorities and agreements, designing optimal dispatch plans to meet customer requirements.
• Input customer orders into the SAP system, determining delivery dates, performing export control checks, and providing order confirmations.
• Prepare necessary dispatch documents, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations for timely and cost-efficient deliveries.
• Monitor delivery dates and quantities, taking proactive measures to optimize delivery reliability and provide timely order information.
• Enter and maintain logistics data to ensure secure and efficient flow of goods and values.
• Handle customer communication on orders and export documentation, ensuring smooth daily processes and driving continuous process improvements

You’d describe yourself as:

• Possessing 2 years of logistic experience.
• Having working knowledge of relevant SAP transactions for order execution and proficiency in MS Office.
• Holding a diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics or its equivalent.
• Demonstrating experience in end-to-end supply chain processes, specifically in managing export orders.
• Exhibiting fluency in the English language.
• Showcasing strong communication skills adaptable to global cultures.
• Displaying integrity and confidence in interactions with internal and external stakeholders, coupled with effective teamwork, structured, and goal-oriented work approach.
• This role would be on a 1 year contract basis, subjected to conversion depending on performance
