Inthis role with Siemens Mobility (SMO), you will report to the Head of Service (RollingStock) and work closely with all disciplines within the Rolling Stock and thewider business to ensure high quality order execution in line with projectmanagement processes governed by PM@Siemens guidelines.

You will be responsible Locomotive Testing andCommissioning work at Patiala locomotive works Punjab.

The responsibilities willinclude:

·      Providing technical support to Authorized serviceprovider Service Engineer as well as customer.

·      Consistently managingthe customer relationship for smooth execution of the orders.

·      Coordinate on-site& off-site activities to ensure proper work progress.

·      Responsible toclosing customer issues on time.

·      Hands on experience ofmanaging Indian Railways customers.

• Leading all discussions and interfaces within the organization and towards customer stakeholders

• Consolidation ofcommissioning data Quality issues data and other required data and sharing torespective team and define action plan to implementation in filed.
• Hardware/softwareissues data re-consolidation.

·      Managing the key KPIsof execution viz. Quality, Cost and Time

·      Authorized service provider service Engineer movementcontrol for railway Production unit (CLW, PLW & BLW).

• Degree inElectronics & Communication Engineering OR E&E (Electrical Engineering)completed by recognized University andgood understanding of electrical Schematic, logic and controls.
• Team leading capability and minimum experience of 5-10 years of 3 phase electric locomotives products Services.
• Demonstrable expertise in Troubleshooting ofrolling stock Equipment’s, fault finding analysis in terms of drive propulsionsystem (preferably IR 3 phase Electric locomotives will be added advantage).
• Expertise in Troubleshooting of IGBT based Drive Propulsionsystem as well of 3 phase locomotives. 
• Good understanding of electrical installations ofpropulsion system in locomotives.
• A Well-structured approach to problem solving andability to learn fast.
• Ability to work effectively in close collaborationwith multidisciplinary team’s internal stake holder.
• Goodcommunication skills in English, Hindi both written and spoken, other languagesare an advantage.
