Your future role.
- You are in charge of clarification of content-related questions (e.g. escalation criteria, criteria for selection of suitable LoA process, e.g. PM@Siemens vs. eLoA)
- You are providing support with LoA document preparation and for overall LoA process.
- You prepare and support of LoA decisions by professional moderation of all LoA meetings.
- Additionally, you ensure that all LoA documents (incl. LoA decision) are being properly documented and stored according to the document management/security requirements.
- Plus you ensure that the necessary decision-making authorities are invited to the LoA meetings.
- You coordinate with Regional Units, Divisions, Legal, Compliance, Purchasing, as well as Innomotics CEO and CFO.
- You hold the governance for eLoA process together with IT.
- Furthermore, you drive continuous improvement of LoA process (e.g. digitalization).
Your profile.

- You own a university degree in business administration and additionally, you have mid-term professional experience in Limits of Authority (LoA) Processes and requirements or mid-term professional experience in a similar role.
- Alternatively, you have a completed vocational training plus relevant further qualifications with specific focus and professional experience with LoA.
- You are familiar with working in international teams.
- You bring along flexibility and the ability to work under pressure in a changing environment.
- Dynamism, initiative, accountability, and pro-activeness are some of your strengths.
- You convince with a high level of commitment and quality, a confident manner, and your assertiveness.
- You have excellent communication and presentation, as well as organizational skills.
- Self-starter with a digital and innovative mindset, who is ready to actively drive and shape our LoA process.
- Fluent English and good German skills round your profile.
