- In your new role, you support the Head of Team in all legal issues relating to product conformity and product safety (technical compliance) and are prepared to take over the lead of the "Technical Market Regulation" team in the medium term
- You are responsible for the tasks associated with the governance function of the department in the field of Technical Regulation and Standardization (TR&S), and assist the Head of Department in the annual reporting to the Managing Board
- You define the organization and processes of TR&S for the company and design them efficiently and with purpose
- You will also be responsible for the regional coordination of TR&S management in the EMEA countries and will be the interface between the region and Siemens' operational business units. For this, you will provide leadership to the TR&S managers of this region from a technical point of view
- You support the regional TR&S managers in advising the business units on product conformity requirements and TR&S processes of the EMEA region
- You advise the regional companies on the implementation of company-specific requirements, on improvement measures and on the maintenance of the company-wide knowledge management platform as well as the relevant processes
- In addition, you are the Department’s first point of contact for the Business Digital Industries and Siemens Mobility on issues of TR&S. You will prepare management briefings and support the joint financing of cross-cutting topics

- You are a fully qualified lawyer and have successfully completed your law studies (German state examinations or equivalent law degree), ideally with a focus on commercial law or technology / technical safety law.
- You have a good knowledge of foreign trade law and export sales rules, and are familiar with Siemens' hardware and software portfolio
- You have successfully moderated and led international teams on cross-cutting technical topics. In doing so, you have been able to rely on your excellent social skills and your extensive intercultural experience
- You have been able to successfully apply project management methods
- You enjoy striving for smooth exchange of information and knowledge within your communities
- For this role with a strong international focus, you are willing to travel and possess an excellent command of English and German language
