Join our organization as the Legal Counsel and helpus inproviding business oriented legal advice and counseling to Business Partners.

You‘llmake an impact by:

  • Counselling business partners and/or other lawyers asa trusted advisor in legal matters within assigned area.
  • Identifying and analyzing legal risks andopportunities, and proposes potential solutions to the business partner orLegal management.
  • Supporting in legal proceedings and claims byanalyzing legal situation, gathering related legal data and setting up asalvation strategy.
  • Ensuring effective legal control of agreements bydrafting/reviewing and negotiating agreements in assigned area.
  • Reporting on material legal risks and proceedings tomeet relevant internal and external regulations and requirements.
  • Reporting needed data and ensuring adherence to givenlegal policies and processes.
  • Representing legal expertise and acts as anambassador for the internal and external legal community.

Yoursuccess is grounded in

  • Bachelor’s degree in law (required), SASLcertified or LLM (preferred);
  • A qualified lawyer, with a minimum of two yearof experience;
  • Previous experience in managing commercialcontracts;
  • Deep understanding of the Saudi legal system,including legal proceedings and the practical aspects of contract negotiation;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Ability to deal confidently and build strongrelationships with all levels of the organisation, as a business partner;
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic isessential.
