Your Tasks andResponsibilities:

·       Maintainand update the marketing event calendar for MEA FY24 activities.

·       Activelyparticipate in the event plan, design and implementation.

·       Leadthe event plan execution with communication team.

·       Followthe process of procurement and compliance approval for execution.

·       Communicatewith the respective stakeholders for branding materials, give aways and otherrequired promotional materials.

·       Activelycontribute to customer management and registration during the event.

·       Providedebrief to the respective speakers and after event assessment for improvement.

·       Supportingwith the preparations of monthly products forecast.

Your Qualificationsand Experience

·       Undergraduate/ postgraduate students are welcomed to apply.

·       Majorof Business Administration or Media/Mass communication or Communicationengineering or Computer Science.

·       Excellentinterpersonal and communication skills.

·       ComputerSkills (Microsoft Office Application)

·       Fluentin English (Speaking, Writing and Reading), Arabic Language is a Plus   

·       Strongleadership skills and a team player

·       Analytical,precise, pragmatic, enthusiastic, result-oriented, and commercial awareness

·       Creativeproblem solving and issue resolution skill.

·       Goodhandling of critical situations.

·       Planning,organization and time management
