Job Description

What are my job responsibilities?

·  To assist in general IT operational tasks and activities
·  Responsible to assist in IT project coordination and implementation activities (client installation, upgrade, data backup, etc.)
·  Assist in updating the incident and problem escalation, tracking log and reporting
·  Assist in conducting random IT end-user survey

What do I need to qualify for this role?

·  Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, IT
·  Preferred candidate who can undergo for 6 months internship
·  Positive learning attitude and can work independently
