We are looking for five   Apprenticeships who will be trained in 30 months as In Vitro Diagnostics Application Specialists distributed as below:

·  Reporting to our Application Specialist Team Leader T1-T2-T3:
·  1 Candidate for Valle D’Aosta, Piemonte, Liguria, Toscana, preferably based Piemonte
·  1 Candidate for Lombardia, based in Lombardia
·  1 Candidate for Trentino Alto Adige, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Emilia Romagna, Marche, preferably based in Veneto
·  Reporting to our Application Specialist Team Leader T4 – T5:
·  2 Candidate for Campania, Basilicata, Puglia, Calabria and Sicilia, preferably based in Puglia and Calabria

The candidates will support the following In Vitro Diagnostics Business Lines:

Atellica Solutions, Integrated Instrument Family, Viva and Nephelometer systems.

Your mission and responsibilities:

·        You will take care of post sales direct problem solving trought method applications or troubleshooting or by activating the specific technical service or application support and reaching consequent customer satisfaction

·        You will take care of onsite instrument installation, customer training and follow up regarding Chemistry, Immunochemistry Product Lines.

·        You will take care of system’s performance monitoring by measuring selected KPIs

·        You will take care of new eventually customer’s need giving your direct support or activating internal support channels

Your qualifications and experiences:

·        You are under 29 and you are (going to) graduate in master degree

·        You preferibily gained at least 3 months in a relevant internship experience if possible in vitro diagnostics sector

Your attributes and skills:

·        Degree or equivalent required in Biology and Chemistry Medical Engineering / Bioengineering, a degree in Biology and Chemistry is preferred

·        Dynamic and proactive with personal initiative to reach the targets

·        Curiosity and continuous openness to learn, flexibility and availability also to move into the Region assigned

·        Good team player and respectful of diversity

·        Strong communication and presentation skills

·        Ability in timely problem solving  

·        Training skills

·        Good knowledge of MS Office Package (Powerpoint, Excel etc.)

·        Fluent in English, both written and spoken

·        Located in the Regions assigned
