Siemens is looking for IT Support Engineer for their Grand Prairie, TX.Breaker Plant.


You’ll make an impact by:
• Provide daily on-site IT support to ensure all IT devices, including PCs and printers, are operational, up-to-date, and optimized to support the seamless operations of our manufacturing site.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly and efficiently, minimizing downtime for manufacturing operations
• Provide frontline support to manufacturing site employees, assisting with IT-related queries and technical issues as first point of contact
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation of IT-related processes, procedures and incident reports
• Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT hardware and ensure timely acquisition and replacement of IT equipment & spare parts
• Stay up to date with implementations of Siemens IT & Cybersecurity guidelines; conduct training sessions to educate employees


You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
• Desire to work hands-on in a fast-paced light manufacturing environment
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP (IP addressing, subnets, default gateway).
• Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Beginner knowledge of Microsoft Azure in a Large Enterprise Environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, Visio, Power Point).
• Experience supporting PC’s running a Microsoft operating system.


Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with Active Directory.
• Beginner to Intermediate knowledge of thermal Label Printers
• Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator
• CCNA
• CompTIA IT Fundamentals / CompTIA A+

• The pay range for this position is $65,240 - $111,840. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
