IT Solution Architect (ServiceNow HRSD) (m/f/d)

Task and responsibilities:

• You will act asSolution Architect and lead the technical implementation for all ServiceNowHRSD related topics
• You will beresponsible to elaborate and document the platform / solution design, help toanalyze the impact of new requirements and drive the proper implementation ofyour solution design following our IT service management and IT complianceframework
• You will ensureadherence to ServiceNow / market-best practices and consult stakeholderaccordingly while driving continuous platform improvements
• You will think aboutthe 'big picture', considering end-to-end processes and identify cross-topicdependencies
• and external service managementteams and own and drive related activities"

Qualification andexperience:

• You hold a degree in a subject related toinformation technology or business administration
• You have many years of experience as ServiceNowSolution Architect, in particular with the HRSD module, and have a goodunderstanding of related HR/IT processes and systems at a global scale
• You have a deep technical understanding ofServiceNow platform capabilities incl. it's integration architecture and bringrelevant certifications
• You are experienced working in international andinterdisciplinary HR/IT related projects
• You have a very good knowledge of managing ITservice providers
• You are familiar with and understand thecompliance requirements as they pertain to IT projects in the healthcareindustry"
