Your mission will be…

In this role you will be acting as an IT Project Manager or as a Scrum Master depending on the needs of our project portfolio.
As a project manager, you will be responsible for independently manage projects or programs that usually involve the expansion of existing IT solutions or the change to completely new IT solutions.
You will be responsible for the comprehensive and independent planning of the implementation of projects along the entire IT value chain. You develop implementation plans - including make-or-buy analyses; you ensure the design, development, testing, implementation and support of software solutions and you take over the technical leadership of your respective project teams
Depending on the role, you will work in an agile or traditional project environment and be responsible for setting up and leading agile and traditional project teams.

As a Scrum Master, you will support teams by moderating sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, etc. You will provide teams with advice and support on all issues relating to agile collaboration - including the removal of obstacles and the resolution of problems.
You will train and coach product owners/project managers and project teams.
You will ensure collaboration with our stakeholders within IT and the SFS organisation, to make communication and decision making easy and transparent.
In your area of responsibility, you drive our transformation to a collaborative agile IT. This includes the promotion of digital leadership skills: working in self-organized, autonomous teams, strengthening the personal responsibility of each individual and creating an environment characterized by trust, openness and motivation.
