- Fostering relationships, prioritizing customer needs in developing energy transition strategies, and engaging in intelligent energy system planning and conceptualization.
- Discover and capitalize on innovative business prospects within markets, while defining and shaping compelling customer value propositions.
- Provide technical support by conducting requirements analysis, defining target architectures, and overseeing the implementation process.
- Guide and mentor associate consultants, as well as IT/OT professionals, ensuring their ongoing growth and development.
- Transform business concepts into actionable solutions for implementation teams.
- Elevate delivery quality by formulating and disseminating methodological approaches, while ensuring adherence to industry best practices among delivery teams in the utility sector.
- Travel to connect with both external and internal stakeholders.

- University degree in Engineering, Economics, Business or equivalent – Master’s or PhD preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience with relevance to energy suppliers, software development and management of implementation projects in the energy sales, energy IT sectors for electric utilities
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in delivering consultancy services or related position with focus on OT networks / security, PLCs and SCADA systems
- Experience in IT landscapes of energy suppliers, including core systems, interfaces and current developments in data landscapes
- Experience with implementing transformational and technologically complex programs
- Experience with business transformation program delivery, process modeling and process re-engineering
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
