GS IT Global Operations Lisbon is an international nearshore competence center, providing Siemens AG with innovative solutions and high-quality services across the IT value chain. We work in over 220 applications, systems and projects ranging from infrastructure services for IT platforms up todata analytics and cyber defence, achieving an unprecedentedly high level of customer satisfaction.

We are looking for “IT Contract Manager (m/f)':

What are my responsibilities?

Play a leading role in provision of contract-transparency with regards to key data for service descriptions, contract obligations and financial information.

· Support for development of processes and working procedures
· Support the contract strategy and processes for external and internal providers of IT Infrastructure services
· Responsible for global contract document management, including:
· Registration of contract key data in contract database (Service Now):
· Start, Prolongation and Follow up date
· All service contacts required during service lifecycle
· Service categorization and service summary
· Contract total volume, yearly budget, yearly PO-volume
· Customer obligations
· Store contract PDF file in Contract SharePoint Archive
· Monitoring of contract prolongation/termination dates
· Contribute to the implementation of extended contract key data in the contract database
· Contribute to optimize new and existing contracts and contract templates
· Responsible for user access and authorization of the Contract database and SharePoint archive
· Support management of the complete life cycle of contracts

What do I need to qualify for the job?

· Minimum of 3 to 5 years working experience, experience at Siemens IT is an advantage
· Experience in writing IT service descriptions and Statements of Work in English language, e.g. provider deliverables and customer obligations
· Knowledge and experience to successfully solve non-routine tasks
· Experience in working in projects
· Strong personality, who is respected in his /her organization, personal network
· Easy communicator on all levels in the organization
· Fluent in English, additional languagesare an advantage
· Intercultural skills,like dealing with international (project-) teams, and understanding for regional/local situations without losing focus on targets set
