What do you contribute?
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced IT Business Partner (f/m/d) to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between IT and the business units Rail Infrastructure & Software, ensuring that IT solutions align with business strategy, goals, and objectives.
- You will act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner (f/m/d) to the business units Rail Infrastructure & Software understanding business needs, challenges, and objectives.
- In doing so, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, fostering effective communication and collaboration between IT and business units.
- In addition, you will translate business requirements into IT solutions, working closely with technical teams.
- Also, you will provide guidance and recommendations on technology trends, emerging solutions, and best practices to drive business transformation and innovation.
- Furthermore, you will ensure that IT projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet business requirements and expectations.
- Next to this, you will monitor and evaluate the performance and effectiveness of IT solutions, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
What do you bring along?
- You hold a master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Next to this, you bring in long-term experience as an IT Business Partner (f/m/d) or in a similar role, working closely with business stakeholders to deliver IT solutions.
- You do have a strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- In addition, you bring in project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and prioritize effectively.
- You convince with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluent English language skills round off your profile.
