Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Translating business requirements into technical product backlog items ready for implementation
  • Driving the creation of technical concepts for executing business requirements and supporting the technical solution design by closely aligning with the Product Manager(s) and by working with Solution Architects and other relevant internal IT stakeholders
  • Prioritizing implementation packages (that are aligned with Product Managers)
  • Coordinating with development team in order to deliver the solution within the given technical guidelines and best practices

As a dual responsibilty as Product Owner with technicalbackground (Business Analyst), we require from you:

  • Willingness to understand the business processes behind the product
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Must have basic technical ServiceNow knowledge (interface transactions, workflows, scripts, business rules, etc.)
  • Ability to manage stakeholders, coordinate developers and drive the creation of concepts for technical solutions
  • Basic knowledge in Agile methodologies (SAFe, SCRUM)

Role focus IT Business Analyst:

  • Understand business requirements and translate to technical user stories / PBIs / work packages
  • Creation of Test Cases & Documentation relevant for Validation and Release activities
  • Able to assess impact of new features and implementation on compliance topics (data privacy, worker’s council, export control, ICFR, etc)
  • Communication with Development Team
  • Troubleshooting and analyzing of operational topics (bugs, Incidents)
  • Supporting the Operations Team in technical issues and monitoring


Your qualifications and experience:

  • You have at least 2 years of professional service management experience
  • You are motivated by translating operational challenges into valuable technology solutions that exceed expectations of business partners
  • You have a personal affinity to the digital world and modern cloud-based technology
  • You enjoy working and driving change and taking responsibility in complex and global technology environments
  • You feel comfortable to execute your work and communication in English language in an international and truly global team as well as with business representatives
  • You are a team player that puts the team´s success #1
  • You already worked in Agile Projects and you have basic knowledge in SCRUM / KANBAN
  • You are experienced with the ServiceNow platform
  • You are experienced in Agile and/or Waterfall Project Management and you have good knowledge in ITIL
  • You already worked in complex infrastructure and cloud environments and you have a good knowledge of system integrations

Basicwage component (gross) and other rewards: starting from 3000EUR brutto /month + VAR*
