- Your key responsibilities will involve providing Level 2 after-sales support for SIMARIS CONTROL to ensure customer satisfaction.
- You will actively engage with customers and Siemens' regional companies, effectively interacting with them to gain a comprehensive understanding of their technical issues.
- Taking proactive measures, you will initiate prompt action to efficiently resolve the identified issues, while also providing valuable support to experts in analyzing and resolving these challenges.
- Additionally, you will actively contribute to the product lifecycle management (PLM) process, specifically focusing on incorporating customer feedback for continuous product development.
- By prioritizing customer satisfaction, timely ticket closure, and efficient response times, you will consistently deliver exceptional service.
- Utilizing incident/call management tools, you will promptly and accurately clarify assigned tickets, ensuring effective communication of solutions to both customers and regions.
- Furthermore, your role will encompass coordinating site activities to facilitate the implementation of these solutions, while diligently tracking and closing resolved tickets to maintain a streamlined workflow.
- Lastly, you will play a critical role in escalating critical topics to the relevant stakeholders, including Quality Management, Research & Development, and Product Lifecycle Management, ensuring the prompt resolution of pressing concerns.

- You hold a university degree in electrical or electronic engineering, or related field.
- You have several years of experience in the Electrification & Automation product portfolio.
- Having experience in software development would be advantageous, providing additional value to the role.
- Proficiency in English at a professional level is required to effectively communicate with customers. The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously is crucial for success in this role.
- Acting and communicating in a customer-oriented manner is highly valued.
- Your extensive knowledge of our IoT products will be essential for addressing utilization queries.
