Your new role – challenging and future-oriented

The Private Equity Asset Management team has been established in 2007 and advises Siemens pension funds with respect to investments into private equity funds worldwide. You will be part of the investment team and will, in this capacity, receive a good overview of the global private equity industry. Domestic and international travel is required. The role includes:

• Deal pipeline: Pre-screening of incoming fund investment opportunities, pipeline management with the support of CRM and data management tools; particular focus on the European buyout market

• Due diligence process: Supporting various aspects of in-depth commercial due diligence, including quantitative analytics and the drafting of investment committee memorandum and presentation

• Market reviews: Systematic, detailed analysis by region/industry/fund size

• Portfolio Monitoring: Review and analysis of the funds’ quarterly reports, communication with funds, summary of key developments

Your qualifications – solid and appropriate

• Excellent academic track record with a master degree in business administration, finance or other studies with a strong quantitative focus

• Outstanding analytical skills and ability to identify innovative solutions to complex problems

• First experience in private equity, investment banking, leveraged finance or asset management, at least as a Summer Associate

• Strong written and oral communication skills, both in German and in English
