You will be part of the Talent Acquisition Team to accelerate the growth for Siemens.

As part of our team, you'll dive into the full lifecycle of the recruitment process. From sourcing and screening candidates to interview coordination, you'll be instrumental in finding the best talent for Siemens. You'll make an impact by:

• Participating in the full lifecycle of recruitment process, which involves sourcing, screening, and selection of ideal candidates
• Fully responsible for interview coordination between hiring managers and candidates
• In-charge of job board advertisement and ensure the vacancies posted are up to date
• Creating and maintains networks of potential passive candidates to fill future anticipated and planned roles via LinkedIn or other channels
• Gain access to exclusive training sessions, workshops, and seminars designed to enhance your skills. This investment ensures you're well-equipped and prepared for the professional world ahead.

• Undergraduate in HR, Business or related field
• Passionate about people and culture
• Demonstrates exceptional communication competency, both oral and written, in a diverse culture
• Highly motivated and responsible
• Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
