Over two amazing years, you will go through three goal-oriented assignments, where you'll quickly acquire a broad knowledge, experience our business from different perspectives and gain a deep understanding of Siemens and Digital Industries in particular. During the assignments abroad, you will learn about the local business and culture while taking on various responsibilities.
What can you expect?
- The opportunity to get a taste of three goal-oriented assignments at various Siemens locations, including two eight-month assignments abroad.
- Participate in different teams. So, you are not on the sidelines!
- Introduction to various domains: engineering, IT, sales (technical commercial) and (digitalization) projects.
- A mutual commitment to further invest in your career, partly through a robust training package that covers both technical and soft skills.
- After the program and in consultation with your mentor, you will further evolve as a Technical Expert, Project Engineer, Project Manager, Technical Sales Engineer …
The start date can be discussed mutually for the right candidate.
Who are we looking for?
- You will be graduating (or you are a recent graduate) and hold a master’s degree, PhD or equivalent in: Engineering (Industrial with business or technical/IT focus or automation technology) or IT technologies / business informatics / business information systems / digital business.
- You have already gained at least 4 months of international experience through your studies or work.
- You are passionate about digitalization and new innovative technologies.
- You are flexible and mobile within the program duration.
- You are a forward-thinker and motivated to get directly involved in the daily business of our international teams.
- You can express yourself in Dutch and/or French (with a basic knowledge of the second language) and you are fluent in English.
