We are seeking a summer studentintern to conduct research on sustainability and support the development oftools for decarbonization. This role is based in Princeton, NJ.

 
Responsibilities: 

• Support the development of decarbonization andsustainability-related models and tools.
• Analyze modeling results, perform diagnostics and testing.
• Process large datasets efficiently in Python.
• Perform research onsustainability and circularity, summarize findings in slide decks or reports.

Basic Qualifications:  

• Must be enrolled as a full-time student in a Bachelor's, Master'sor PhD degree program in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematicsor other systems engineering fields, or graduated in the past 12 months from anaccredited institution. Candidates who have earned a degree may work for aperiod not to exceed 12 months.
• Must have a minimum of a 3.0 cumulative grade point average.
• Familiarity with the decarbonization and electrification ofcommercial and industrial sites.
• General knowledge on circularity, sustainability, or otherrelated fields.
• Advanced programming skills in Python or JavaScript.

Preferred Qualifications:  

• Great teamwork skills andcommitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
• Additional experience in machine learning, software architecture,software testing is a plus.
