The Interface Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless communication and coordination between Civil Wide Contractors and us. You are responsible for identifying, managing, and resolving interface issues to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
- Preparation of Interface management deliverables such as: Interface Control Document, Interface Solution register etc.
- Overall responsibility for the ICD with Civil Works Contractors (CWC) preparation of Interface documents for Signalling and Platform Screen Doors Systems (e.g. Stations, Tunnels, Depot, etc.) and the approval by Customer
- Management of Interface/Integration between Signalling & Platform Screen Doors Systems and Civils, ensuring requirements are captured during design and installation process.
- Coordinate CWC interface activities (in close relationship with Interface Manager and PSD Manager) with Engineering team, Construction team and Customer as defined in the Interface Management Plan
What you need to make real what matters.
- Experienced in Signalling (CBTC projects would be a plus) and Platform Screen Doors Systems and their interfaces management, with local project experience.
- Adaptable to different working environments and customer oriented.
- Strong and effective communicator at all levels within the Business – and in front of interface partners and existing Customers.
