Yourtasks and responsibilities:
- Support Sales department in offering phase to ensure effective communication with the customer (e.g., specific requirements), in order to secure overall project feasibility.
- Support the project cost calculation as part of the total offer calculation Initiates project kick-off and prepares the project timeline considering all milestones of the implementation phase.
- Form the project team and assigns responsibilities among all involved stakeholders.
- Responsible for a continuous risk assessment during implementation (feasibility, timeline, etc.) as well as definition and follow up of mitigation measures.
- Act as a connector between customer, contractors and internal stakeholders keeping all of them supplied with the relevant information (e.g., changes, issues, timeline)
- Ensure the establishment of a zero-harm culture.
- Conduct regular status meetings to review the progress with involved stakeholders.
- Supervise and coordinate activities that happen at customer site (system delivery, civil works, installation progress, training, etc.)
- Initiate internal process for change orders towards the customer during project implementation phase.
- Perform customer handover of system/ solution and ensures all open items / defects are closed and/ or handed over to respective responsible (e.g., Customer Services)
- Conduct debriefing and lessons learned to derive improvement measures.
- Prepare, agree and issue project programs. Key dates and milestones to be managed in coordination with all stakeholders, specifically system producers / factory. Minimize inventory and ensure accurate revenue forecasting.
- Manage project costs and resource, both internal and external, within plan. Deliver to contractual commitments, managing change controls where relevant.
- Liaise and work with all contributing parties, both internally and externally on the customer's side. Achieve high level of customer satisfaction at the point of system handover.
- Responsibility for, and compliance to, Health and Safety documentation and requirements. Includes reviewing and issuing method statements and risk assessments.
- Manage equipment transfers in a clinical / hospital environment, including issuing timely quotations. Provide sales support through pre order site surveys. Provision of technical drawings, access routes and room layout. Confirm acceptability of equipment for proposed location and advise enabling works required.
- Attend, and sometimes chair, on site project and planning meetings. Provide guidance and advice on room planning, preparation and requirements, ensuring electrical standard compliance.
- Attend system deliveries as the responsible person on site. Ensure site method statement and all Health and Safety requirements are followed. Oversee and manage events. Report project
Yourqualifications and experience:
- Engineering background or experience in the Healthcare diagnostics industry would be beneficial.
- Project Management experience and / or qualification such as APMP
- Methodical and organized in approach.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- A high degree of computer literacy with knowledge relating to currently approved software, operating systems, and configuration.
- Dublin area as preferred location.
