Job Description

Your Mission: Elevate Customer Relationships and Drive Sales Excellence
As an Inside Sales Representative dedicated to Siemens Digital Industries, you will work closely with our B2B customers to provide innovative and environmentally friendly solutions through our digital channels. You play an important part contributing to overall customer happiness and achieving annual sales growth aspirations. Your responsibilities include: 
Digital Sales Mastery: Utilize your (Inside) Sales experience and passion for virtual tools to identify & close sales opportunities and address customer needs through digital channels. 
Strategic Account Planning: Direct customer interaction, including efficient consultancy on products, systems, solutions, and services for customers Develop solid account plans, identify key stakeholders, and collaborate with the other teams to ensure a comprehensive approach to customer engagement. 
Tech-Enabled Selling: Embrace a technology-enabled selling approach, ensuring an outstanding customer experience through accurate information, training, and support. 
Global Collaboration: Thrive in a multicultural team environment, collaborating with fellow team members and leveraging other sales resources as needed. 
Analyzing market conditions and building a network of partners using digital communication tools (e.g., video conferencing, chat, e-mail).


Your Toolkit: Skills and Education
Education: A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in engineering, digital or business filed.
Sales Expertise: You target a perfect blend of engagement (e.g. Digital Selling, virtual communication) with customers digitally to ensure outstanding customer experience.
Strong presentation and communication skills over phone and video calls are a must. 
Product Knowledge: Exposure working on Simens product or any similar Digital engineering product portfolio.
Analytical Prowess: Strong analytical skills with the ability to acquire expertise and gain insights to challenge and support customers effectively. 
You have a passion for technology, products, and services within the area of industrial automation, and digitalization, understanding their value and the ability to help customers get the most out of our portfolio.
Language Proficiency: Good communication along with fluency in English.
