We are looking for an Innovation Project Manager to join our team.

What are my responsibilities?

• Identifying and evaluating innovation leads.
• Developing compelling business cases for potential leads.
• Collaborating with internal and external customers to understand innovation requirements and potential return on investment.
• Prioritizing and sorting the different innovation leads.
• Presenting innovation leads in management meetings to gain alignment and support
• Engaging with various partners to drive project success.
• Lead the Project Execution of innovation projects qualified to proceed, in close cooperation with the rest of the Siemens team.
• Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation and online information
• Continuously monitoring cost, quality, and time plan development, and taking immediate action to address any deviations.
• Lead the homologation process when applicable, keeping a close collaboration with rail authorities.
• Our Innovation Project Manager will report directly to the Department Head.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

We are seeking candidates who have a solid educational background and a proven track record of successful project execution. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications.

Technical Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Engineering
• 3+ years of experience in a technical role
• Experience as Project Management or R&D is valued
• Proficient communication and writing skills in Portuguese, English, and German
• Previous experience in rolling stock or rail signaling is valued but not mandatory
